The Lifestyle Vet is a boutique veterinary practice focusing exclusively on lifestyle block animal species, including small ruminants, camelids and pigs.<\/p>\n

We don’t currently have any veterinarian positions available, but there’s absolutely no harm in reaching out\u2014after all, you never know what the future may bring!<\/p>\n

Student Placements<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n

At The Lifestyle Vet, we absolutely love mentoring the next generation of veterinary professionals and thoroughly enjoy welcoming veterinary, veterinary nursing and veterinary technician students into our practice.<\/p>\n

To ensure every student receives the highest quality learning experience, we intentionally limit placements to a maximum of two students per week<\/strong>. This allows us to provide plenty of one-on-one teaching, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to develop practical skills without compromising the quality of the placement.<\/p>\n

Our student placements are highly sought after and are often booked out six months in advance<\/strong>, so we encourage you to get in touch as early as possible to secure your preferred dates.<\/p>\n

Please note that, for professional indemnity insurance reasons, we are only able to accept placements for students who have been accepted into an accredited veterinary degree or are enrolled in a recognised veterinary nursing or veterinary technician qualification.<\/p>\n
